Understanding Billing Cycles & Invoices

A guide to how GameSphere billing works, managing your active subscriptions, and understanding pro-rated upgrades.

Managing your server hosting costs shouldn't be confusing. Here is a breakdown of how GameSphere handles billing, invoices, and plan changes.

Monthly Billing Cycle

GameSphere operates on a strict pre-paid monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycle. Your invoice is generated 7 days before your due date. You will receive an email notification when the invoice is created.

If an invoice remains unpaid 3 days after the due date, the server is automatically suspended. If it remains unpaid 7 days after the due date, the server is permanently terminated and all files are wiped.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Server

Need more RAM for your Minecraft server? You can upgrade your plan instantly at any time from the Client Area.

When you upgrade, the system automatically calculates a pro-rated invoice. This means you only pay the price difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Upon payment, your server limits are instantly increased—no downtime or file loss!

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and selected cryptocurrencies. You can manage your payment methods or set up Auto-Pay in the Billing -> Payment Methods section of your dashboard.

Cancellation Policy

If you no longer need your server, simply navigate to your service and click Request Cancellation. You can choose to cancel immediately (which suspends the server instantly) or at the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused time on active billing cycles.
